Who this covers

This policy describes how Unleash Financial LLC, doing business as Unleash Financial, collects and uses information on this website. Clients who purchase insurance through our agents also receive a separate privacy notice as required by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and state insurance privacy laws.

What we collect

When you apply, request a quote, or contact us, we collect the information you provide: name, email, phone number, city and state, licensing status, employment background, and anything you write in free-text fields. We also record the date, time, and wording of any communications consent you give, along with your IP address and browser type, so we can document that consent. Our hosting provider collects standard server logs to operate the site.

How we use it

To respond to you, evaluate applications, schedule calls, and, where you have requested it, provide insurance quotes through licensed agents. If you consented, we may contact you by phone, text message, or email about the opportunity or request you submitted. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or by emailing us.

What we don't do

We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and manage applications (for example, hosting and form-processing tools), with insurance carriers when you ask us to submit an application on your behalf, and where required by law.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. If that changes, this policy will be updated and a notice will be posted.

Retention

Application data is kept while the opportunity is open and for a reasonable period afterward. Consent records are kept for as long as required to demonstrate compliance. Client insurance records are retained as required by insurance regulations.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to limit its use. Email us and we will respond within the time required by applicable law, generally within 45 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Children

This site is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
